Job Description
- Work closely with Programme Team and Instructors to ensure seamless delivery of the full programme.
- Oversee programme logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation to maintain operational excellence.
- Monitor programme quality and participant engagement, implementing improvements as needed.
- Serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day programme operations and stakeholder coordination.
- Provide comprehensive support to Instructors and Programme Team during course workshops and learning activities.
- Coordinate guest speakers, industry experts, and mentors for programme sessions.
- Coordinate and manage scheduled excursions, site visits, and strategic partner events.
- Prepare programme reports, attendance records, and performance metrics
- Support the review process of Japanese language programme materials
- Assist in budget tracking and resource procurement for program activities
This is an hourly-rated ($13.53/ hour) position.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus on tasks with completion deadlines.
- Some experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Canvas and proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Require proficiency in Japanese to effectively communicate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and review programme materials in Japanese.
- Must be an innovative thinker and creative problem solver.
- Must be team player with great ideas to share and develop.
- On-the-job training is provided.
