Business Unit

Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) is responsible for promoting the company's cloud and industry Internet strategy.

CSIG explores the interactions between users and industries to create innovative solutions for smart industries via technological advancements such as cloud, AI, and network security.

While driving the digitalization of retail, medical, education, transportation and other industries, CSIG helps companies serve users in smarter ways, building a new ecosystem of intelligent industries that connect users and businesses.

What the Role Entails

1.

Support overseas customers entering China and customers operating abroad, participating in architect-related work during pre-sales and mid-sales phases.

2.

Assist overseas frontline teams in communicating with customers, analyzing their existing business architectures, and providing Tencent Cloud core product solutions based on their needs, including detailed information on products, technologies, and specifications.

3.

Collaborate with overseas frontline teams to support customer POC, cloud migration, and solution implementation, and provide technical consultation, product training, technical services, and online troubleshooting support to key customers.

4.

Coordinate with backend product and R&D teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of complex product issues.

5.

Identify customer pain points and potential needs, understand industry trends, and provide customers with practical and effective recommendations and solutions.

Who We Look For

1.

Bachelor’s degree or above in a computer-related field, with over five years of IT experience and at least two years of experience in large-scale B2B projects.

2.

Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), able to communicate with customers in English about product and technical issues.

3.

Familiar with cloud computing, networking, storage, and database products, as well as the development and architecture of cloud-native products.

4.

Experience leading the design and implementation of at least one public cloud project.

Experience serving European and American enterprise customers is preferred.

5.

Strong business acumen and foresight, with the ability to analyze and design complex business architectures.

6.

Strong logical thinking skills, cross-team communication and collaboration skills, and project management skills.

Singapore-CapitaSkyThe expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $112, to $232, per year.

Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Employees hired for this position may be eligible for a sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Subject to the terms and conditions of the plans in effect, hired applicants are also eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefits, and participation in the Company’s 401(k) plan.

The Employee is also eligible for up to 15 to 25 days of vacation per year (depending on the employee’s tenure), up to 13 days of holidays throughout the calendar year, and up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year. Your benefits may be adjusted to reflect your location, employment status, duration of employment with the company, and position level.

Benefits may also be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
