Primary Purpose and Function
- Responsible of driving and grow tender sales.
- Create value for Tender business by building new and more vendors/solutions.
- To support company's business planning and development function.
- To support product planning & development.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build tendering network to source and prepare tender ground work -20%
- Supervise, monitor and manage all ongoing awarded tenders and ensure tender delivery on time - 10%
- Source new and review vendors' solutions costing and quality - 10%
- Ensuring prompt payment collection from concluded Tenders - 10%
- Support AGM's planning work on business and product development - 30%
- Understanding of CV market development in competitors' products development - 20%
Competency Requirement
- Good knowledge on MS Office and tool such as Powerpoint, Excel and Power BI etc.
- Good knowledge of Project Management skills and planning in handling tenders, specifically for Gov tender
- Good knowledge of Automotive business, (CV preferred), to support business & product planning / development.
Qualification
- Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline.
(Degree preferred) - At least 3 years in Tender related work.
- Involve in business / product development / planning work.
