Job Description:
- Identify and respond to tender opportunities, including attending site show rounds and tracking outcomes.
- Prepare and submit RFQs/Tenders in accordance with client specifications and deadlines.
- Manage service inquiries, including sourcing, cost analysis, preparing quotations, and following up with clients.
- Develop and maintain sales reports, quotations, documents, and presentation materials for tender projects.
- Provide sales and coordination support to the operations team.
- Keep updated on industry trends and client requirements, recommending improvements where necessary.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business or a related field.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Advanced), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
