We are seeking an experienced and driven Tender Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will lead the tendering and contract management functions, ensuring compliance, competitiveness, and professional representation of the company at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of pre- and post-contract management.
- Manage procurement processes through outsourcing, analyze tender submissions, and recommend preferred bidders to management.
- Conduct contract reviews and negotiate terms both upstream and downstream.
- Represent the company professionally on all contractual matters, including insurance, EOT, variations, and claims submissions, ensuring mutually satisfactory outcomes.
- Apply knowledge of local and international standard forms of contracts.
- Work autonomously in both contract management and quantity surveying, with strong communication skills to deliver concise information.
Manage and lead a team of Quantity Surveyors (QS) on tendering matters, including:
Attending tender showrounds and briefings with clients/consultants.
- Attending tender interviews with clients/consultants.
Requirements
- Minimum diploma / degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Engineering field.
- Strong knowledge of tender procedures, procurement, and contract law.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication abilities.
