- Direct and monitor all terminal activities including product transfers, loading/unloading, and related field operations.
- Plan shift resources, align daily work assignments, and maintain clear communication across teams.
- Uphold safety, quality, and statutory requirements, ensuring readiness for inspections or compliance checks.
- Coach, train, and evaluate staff to build technical competency and promote a culture of operational excellence.
- Serve as the point of contact during shift incidents, coordinating responses and ensuring swift recovery actions.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Chemical Process, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
- At least 3 years of operational experience in terminals, oil & gas, or petrochemical industries.
- Strong knowledge of safety systems, permit-to-work procedures, and emergency response.
- Good communication and leadership skills with the ability to work under pressure.
