· Lead and manage the Test Engineering team to execute all testing activities for Server & Rack products, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, including customers, design engineers, and operations teams, to develop, implement, and maintain robust test programs.
· Provide technical expertise and strategic guidance on process improvements, automation opportunities, and seamless introduction of new projects to support business objectives.
· Partner with operations to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical or process-related issues, driving continuous improvements in production efficiency and product reliability.
· Coach, mentor, and train team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
· Champion Kaizen and Lean initiatives, proactively identifying areas for improvement to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
· Ensure compliance with ISO, RBA, and regulatory requirements, driving a culture of accountability and quality assurance.
· Monitor and analyze testing data to identify trends, develop corrective actions, and strengthen test methodologies for improved product performance.
· Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Officer to support organizational goals.
Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree in an Engineering discipline (Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Mechanical, Industrial).
· Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in test engineering within server, rack, or high-volume manufacturing environments, with proven leadership exposure.
· Strong ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies.
· Working knowledge of SAP, Linux systems, and test automation tools.
· Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing projects, and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· In-depth understanding of testing methodologies, root cause analysis, and validation processes.
· Solid knowledge of programming, scripting, and debugging skills to optimize test processes.
· Proven track record in analyzing and resolving online/offline issues, implementing effective testing strategies, and enhancing overall product quality and reliability.
· Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a passion for driving results and continuous improvement.
