We are looking for a dynamic Team Manager to lead recruitment, resource planning, target setting, and performance management within the system and solution test domains.
You will align scope, capacity, and work packages with SSIT and system test management while driving team development.
The role promotes continuous improvement by analyzing test results and feedback to enhance processes and product quality.
What you will do
Lead and manage a team of test engineers, overseeing recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and professional development
Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones and quality objectives are met
Define work packages, set performance targets, and monitor progress to drive team efficiency and accountability
Align testing scope, capacity planning, and deliverables with system test and SSIT management
Contribute to the definition, implementation, and improvement of system and solution test processes
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing test results and feedback to enhance testing practices and product quality.
What you bring
Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Software, or a related field)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in system or solution testing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing a team of 8 or more test engineers
Proven expertise in recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, resource planning, target setting, and performance management
Strong technical background in system testing, especially usage scenario and limit testing for complex hardware/software solutions
Hands-on experience with embedded systems, firmware, and a variety of hardware components
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to represent the team effectively to management and cross-functional stakeholders.
