We’re looking for a
Test Operations Engineer
to oversee and optimize test operations across HyperLight’s Foundry and Test OSAT partners.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring data integrity, efficient workflow, and continuous yield improvement through collaboration and technical problem-solving.

Responsibilities :
Interface and manage HyperLight’s Foundry and Test OSAT partners.
Ensure test data from foundry and OSAT are accurate, complete, and traceable.
Manage test schedules and priorities to ensure timely execution.
Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot and resolve yield and test issues.
Implement corrective actions at foundry and OSAT, and track their impact.
Generate and maintain work instructions to the latest requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for production workflows.
Optimize wafer flow from Foundry to OSAT with the operations team.
Partner with test engineers to reduce test time while maintaining quality.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering (or equivalent).
3+ years’ experience in semiconductor production or test engineering.
Strong understanding of wafer-level and final test processes.
Proven ability to analyze test data and implement yield improvements.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience with photonics manufacturing, SPC/FMEA, or Lean practices a plus.
