Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a positive and reliable candidate who is detailed-oriented to join our demanding kitchen on a permanent part-time basis.
This means that you are a permanent employee who works for fixed hours on fixed days every week, e.g: 3 days/25 hours a week on Friday night, Saturday and Sunday.

Our guests have a wide range of dietary preferences/intolerances, and we make sure that we feed them well with only what they can have.

What you will be doing:
- Prepare orders for food service consistently, to specifications as per recipes
- Handle ingredients and maintain mise en place
- Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, hygiene and sanitisation in all areas
- Manage wastage control
- Prepare staff meals
- Work with FOH team to ensure smooth operations
- Advise customers on allergies and intolerances
- Stay knowledgeable about ingredients
- Manage stock inventory
- Wash dishes, maintain equipment, maintain exhaust, where required
- Conduct other tasks, where required
What you'd need:
- Enjoy working in a disciplined and fast-paced environment
- Has excellent command of English
- Able to work well and communicate effectively and efficiently with the team
- Eager to learn and take on challenges
- Highly self-motivated
- Culinary Diploma or 3 years of kitchen experience and excellent knife skills
- Able to commit for at least 1 year, 25-33 hours a week
