: The User Growth team (UG) at TikTok plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, and retention of billions of users through our globally popular products such as TikTok, Lemon8, CapCut, etc.
We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power the global growth of TikTok products.
The creative team at UG is looking for a talented and self-directed senior professional to generate, manage, and evolve the creative initiatives for our suite of industry-leading products.
- Responsible for growth and competitive analysis in the global TikTok market, identifying user growth potential, business objectives and specific competitive strategies, and providing mid-to-long-term business planning.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of core growth-related initiatives (user acquisition, retention, engagement, , identify opportunities, challenges and efficiency, establish standards and guidelines to maximize growth returns.
Collaborate with relevant departments, drive implementation, track performance and iterate regularly.
- Focus on user core data and metric insights, identify opportunities and issues, and develop key solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of specific initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of internet industry experience, with preference for those with background in internet growth strategy/planning, business analysis, operations analysis, or consulting.
- Lead end-to-end growth strategy projects, achieving measurable results (., 15% user growth, 20% revenue increase quarterly)
- Proficient in business analysis frameworks (Revenue/CAC/ROI, and data analysis tools (SQL/Excel), independently produce executive-level analysis reports and exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executives.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments (Product, Marketing, Data, Engineering, Finance) to align growth initiatives Preferred Qualification: - Passionate about the short video industry (.,weekly deep dives into emerging content trends)
