About our teamThe Global E-commerce Governance and Experience (GNE) team is committed to building a safe, trusted, and high-quality marketplace for users, sellers, and creators around the world.
We design policies, systems, and operations to ensure exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a Analytics & Program Manager to join our Governance and Experience (GNE) team.
This global team is responsible for ensuring that our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for users, sellers, and creators alike.
Responsibilities:
1.
Develop and implement data-backed strategies and policies covering content and creator governance, to adhere to markets' culture, regulations, nuances.
2.
Formulate comprehensive strategies for monitoring overall content and model performance metrics, addressing violations and implementing RCAs and working with Algo to improve precision and recall.
3.
Design and implement strategies and policies to mitigate risks, monitor, and enhance the overall quality of the ecommerce content ecosystem.
4.
Engage cross-functional stakeholders to consolidate, pre-empt and analyse content and creator governance pain points; derive and implement action plans and operational workflows to resolve them.
5.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders -- including Algo, Engineering, Ops, Product, Moderation -- to develop and launch relevant mechanisms, strategies and policies from end-to-end.
6.
Develop and implement feedback loops and operational workflows to ensure the day-to-day quality of strategy launches and policy implementation.
7.
Analyse data trends to maintain and monitor ecosystem health.
Minimum Qualifications
1.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2.
Experience in Creator and Ecosystem Operations or Strategy, Social Media Content Safety, Trust & Safety, Internet Safety and related fields will be prioritised.
3.
Driven, motivated and proactive; excellent coordination, communication and project management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and launch plans.
4.
Some leadership aptitude or past experience with guiding will be a plus.
5.
SQL writing capability and visualisation experience is a must.
6.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data insights to explain complex concepts to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
1.
Familiarity with ecommerce compliance and ecosystem management – as well as strategic business sensitivity – will be advantageous.
2.
Familiarity with the e-commerce content ecosystem and/or social media content landscape will be advantageous.
