TikTok Shop - Analytics & Program Manager, Content & Creator
The Global E-commerce Governance and Experience (GNE) team is committed to building a safe, trusted, and high-quality marketplace for users, sellers, and creators worldwide.

We design policies, systems, and operations to ensure exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for an Analytics & Program Manager to join our Governance and Experience (GNE) team.

This global team is responsible for ensuring that our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for users, sellers, and creators alike.


Responsibilities
Develop and implement data-backed strategies and policies covering content and creator governance to adhere to markets’ culture, regulations, and nuances.


Formulate comprehensive strategies for monitoring overall content and model performance metrics, addressing violations, implementing RCAs, and working with Algo to improve precision and recall.


Design and implement strategies and policies to mitigate risks, monitor, and enhance the overall quality of the e‐commerce content ecosystem.


Engage cross‐functional stakeholders to consolidate, pre‐empt, and analyze content and creator governance pain points; derive and implement action plans and operational workflows to resolve them.


Collaborate with cross‐functional stakeholders—including Algo, Engineering, Ops, Product, Moderation—to develop and launch relevant mechanisms, strategies, and policies from end‐to‐end.


Develop and implement feedback loops and operational workflows to ensure the day‐to‐day quality of strategy launches and policy implementation.


Analyze data trends to maintain and monitor ecosystem health.


Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.


Experience in Creator and Ecosystem Operations or Strategy, Social Media Content Safety, Trust & Safety, Internet Safety and related fields will be prioritized.


Driven, motivated, and proactive; excellent coordination, communication, and project management skills to collaborate with cross‐functional teams to build and launch plans.


Some leadership aptitude or past experience with guiding will be a plus.


SQL writing capability and visualization experience is a must.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data insights to explain complex concepts to stakeholders.


Preferred: Familiarity with e‐commerce compliance and ecosystem management— as well as strategic business sensitivity— will be advantageous.


Preferred: Familiarity with the e‐commerce content ecosystem and/or social media content landscape will be advantageous.
