We design policies, systems, and operations to ensure exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
1.
Drive alignment across key stakeholders on prioritization of opportunities.
2.
Conduct market, policy, and competitor benchmarking to build robust business cases for category unlocks.
3.
Assess risk profiles of new product types and design scalable mitigations.
4.
Drive cross-functional work streams to implement category-specific controls, gating mechanisms, and KPIs.
5.
Track and report progress to senior leadership as well as stakeholders with clear data-backed metrics and milestones.
6.
Develop playbooks and repeatable processes to accelerate future launches.
Minimum Qualification(s)
1.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2.
5+ years of experience in program management, with a strong track record of driving results through cross-functional collaboration.
3.
Strong passion for delivering excellent partner and customer experiences, with the ability to design and implement effective experience KPIs.
4.
Proven skills in project design, clear communication, and change management.
5.
Ability to balance customer experience and business growth while driving planning and execution in a global environment.
6.
Demonstrated ability to influence and advocate across teams and levels, even without direct ownership.
7.
Travel and work across different timezone according to business needs.
