This specialist role entails processing/issuing of Certificates of Origin, Carnets and endorsing other shipping documents for the Singapore business community.
This is a dual-role position involving both frontline customer service and backend processing of trade documents such as Certificates of Origin and ATA Carnets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle collection and point-of-sale entry of certification fees
- Guide customers on Certificate of Origin (CO) and Carnet application procedures
- Processing Certificate of Origin & Carnet applications and endorse other shipping documents
- Attend to queried/rejected applications and phone/counter enquiries from customers

Requirements
- A service-oriented individual with a proud to serve attitude
- You must be able to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels in fluent spoken and written English
- You must be willing to keep learning
- Experience in trade finance operations/shipping/freight forwarding is an advantage but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
