About Ace Oil: Ace Oil is a fuel oil trading and marine services company operating across Southeast Asia.


Our core services include fuel oil trading, marine logistics, shipping management, and liquid transfer operations such as de-slopping and bunkering.


Role Overview: We seek an experienced Trader & Business Development Manager to manage fuel oil trading operations and lead business development initiatives.


This role involves identifying new opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and driving profitable growth in line with the company’s business objectives.


Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute end-to-end fuel oil trading activities, ensuring profitability and alignment with market trends.


Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients and business partners.


Lead negotiations with clients and partners, securing profitable agreements.


Develop and execute strategies to grow market share and achieve business objectives.


Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and regulatory conditions.


Collaborate on revenue forecasting and budgeting to support growth plans.


Ensure compliance with industry regulations and manage associated risks.


Prepare reports on business activities and market conditions for senior management.


Work collaboratively across departments to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.


Requirements: Strong track record in business development and sales.


Familiarity with shipping and marine logistics is advantageous.


Proven ability to analyse market trends and develop actionable strategies.


Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related disciplines preferred.
