Work location: 37 Chin Bee Crescent (Near Boon Lay / Lakeside MRT station)
Working hours: 7:00am-4:00pm (Overtime as required)
Working days: 4days' of work, 1day off cycle (Inclusive of Weekends & Public Holidays)
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately fill and stack cake layers with pre-prepared creams and fillings.
- Apply simple, pre-designed fruit toppings, cake toppers and other decorations according to standardized guidelines.
- Carefully and efficiently package finished cakes into boxes.
- Basic ingredient preparation, inventory management and supporting the overall production flow in our central kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas, including washing tools and equipment.
- Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor / Manager.
Job Requirements:

1 year of experience in cake assembly, filling and simple decorating techniques in a professional bakery / pastry shop or central kitchen environment.
- No experience candidates are also welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production environment.
- Must adhere to the shift schedule - 4days' of work, 1day off cycle (inclusive of weekends and public holidays).
- Able to work in a cold environment (require to enter the chiller and freezer room when needed).
- Physically fit - Must be able to stand for long hours and able to carry heavy loads.
