Fast track from a Trainee to a Community Care Manager* under NTUC Health's Talent Accelerator Programme (TAP)!
Within the 2-year TAP, gain broader perspectives in the Community Care sector through 2 rotations (3 months each) within NTUC Health, and pick up new skills, knowledge, and experiences through structured modular training, accelerated exposure and hands-on opportunities.
You will, among other deliverables:
Actively participate in quality improvement projects and develop sustainable initiatives in collaboration with our business teams while delivering a delightful client experienceLiaise with clients and other stakeholders to provide excellent quality of careReview SOPs with cross-functional teams to improve and optimise operationsSupport daily operations and perform incident management protocolsSupport in the execution of designated emergency response tasks NTUC Health will:

Qualifications
You should be from the following disciplines (gerontology, community care & social services, health promotion and management, business, or arts & social science) and be
Local Poly students in the final year of study Local Polytechnic Diploma with a max.
of 2 years of working experience It would be great if you have:
