Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Immediate Start
Join our mission to be the go-to Sustainability Staffing leader, globally.


Established in 2010, we have 11 offices globally and over 250 employees.

We pride ourselves on organic growth, with over 70% of our senior leaders starting their careers as Graduate Recruitment Consultants with no prior experience.


We are interviewing now for an immediate start date, and you will need a current and permanent right to work in Singapore.


We will provide full training, including CEI professional license, 8 Weeks Academy, and ongoing development.


The Role:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will drive new business acquisition, nurture existing relationships, and source high-calibre freelance candidates for critical roles.


This is a sales-focused career path rather than an HR/Internal or Talent Acquisition role.


Responsibilities Include:
Sourcing, head-hunting, and screening candidates through various channels
Warm business development, lead generation, and building and maintaining key client relationships
Networking and attending industry-specific events
Meeting activity-based and sales targets on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis

Graduate or graduate-calibre candidate with relevant sales experience
A growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and feedback
Proven persistence, consistency, and resilience
Target-driven with strong attention to detail
Naturally inquisitive with an entrepreneurial spirit
Current right to work status in the location you’re applying for
What We Offer:
Academy training with enhanced support in your first 3 months and ongoing development
5 paid sickness days, your birthday off, and 4 volunteer days
Flexible hours and work-from-home policy (1 day a week, based on performance)
Early Friday finish at 3 PM
