Our mission is to empower Singaporeans with future-ready skills in areas such as AI, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and Digital Platforms .
To support our growing demand, we are looking for ACLP-certified trainers who are passionate about adult education and have strong expertise in ICT / tech domains .
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for adult learners under WSQ/SSG-funded programmes .
- Facilitate hands-on workshops and practical activities in technology courses (e.g., AI, Data Analytics, Cloud, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Cybersecurity).
- Assess learners fairly in accordance with WSQ competency standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to support learners' growth.
- Adapt training content and methodologies to suit different learning needs and profiles.
- Work closely with programme coordinators to ensure high training quality and compliance with SSG requirements.
Requirements
- Advanced Certificate in Learning & Performance (ACLP) certification (mandatory).
- Strong domain expertise in at least one of the following areas:
Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
Data Analytics / Data Science
Cloud Computing / Cybersecurity
E-Commerce / Digital Marketing
General ICT, Digital Transformation, or Emerging Tech Skills
- Prior experience in conducting WSQ programmes will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and adult learning engagement skills.
- Passionate about helping learners succeed.
Compensation
- $5,000-$9,000 a month (depending on experience, subject expertise, and track record, minimum days commitment)
Work Arrangement
- Freelance / Contract basis
- Sessions may be conducted weekday evenings or weekends (flexible scheduling available).
- Training location: Singapore (onsite) with potential for hybrid/online delivery.
