- Attend to telephone calls, email and walk-in enquires
- Assist learners with Course Registration and SkillsFuture Credit deductions
- Perform training grant related transactions using grant portals
Requirements
- Relevant Diploma/Degree and/or previous job-related working experience
- Motivated, goal-oriented with strong communication skills
- Meticulous and able to multi-task
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Highly independent in performing job tasks required and able to exercise good judgment and discretion in managing situations
- 8-hour work day (excluding 1-hour lunch break), 5-day work week
