Responsibilities:
Assist customers with course enquiries and registration matters
Follow up on billing, payments, and related administrative tasks
Prepare logistics for classes, including attendance lists, exam materials, and classroom setup
Provide daily course and examination support
Update attendance records and assessment results in the system
Download and compile course evaluation feedback
Manage orders for stationery, certificates, safety cards, water supplies, and other items
Provide ad-hoc class support during weekday evenings or Saturdays when needed (OT Payable)
Perform any other administrative duties as assigned
