Job Description
Responsibilities:
To assist in all HR training coordination, including and not limited to sourcing for courses, employee registration and administration, and all related documentation Support interview coordination and HR administrative duties, including Time Management System Admin/ Maintenance (Cirtrix and door access system), EPE System Admin/ Maintenance (Leave Module & employee database maintenance), insurance claim administration and work permit application Office Administration duties such as stationery, staff pass, staff medical card and company card for staff welfare Any other ad hoc duties Requirements: Min 1-2 years experience doing training coordination with strong computer skills Good Coordination & Planning Skills Effectively bilingual in both English and Mandarin to handle corporate clients from China
