Primary Responsibilities:
Curriculum and System Development
Coordinator for OJT system and assist in the development of its blueprint.
Develop refresher materials based on WSQ training materials and Company Circulatory
To review WSQ course materials periodically to ensure its effectiveness
Identify and recommend training needs of departments by continuous communication with department heads.
Brief and orientate trainers on WSQ training course deliverables before they conduct any WSQ training
Follow up on pre and post evaluation of training programs to ensure their effectiveness.
Recommend and plan training activities including in-house and external training, workshop and courses.
Work with vendor on the development of e-Learning design and content
Management of Learning Management System (LMS) which includes enrolment, monitoring, and tracking
Support trainers to conduct trainings for multiple locations in Singapore.
Requirements
Diploma in Human Resource Management/Training or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in training design, development, delivery experience or related field preferred.
Possess in-depth knowledge on vocational training and experience in a newly set-up environment
ACLP certification is preferred.
