Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries and manage shipment bookings.
Arrange and monitor space bookings to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate closely with the Import/Export Department for seamless job execution.
Prepare and distribute pre-alerts to relevant stations before shipment arrivals and departures.
Check daily shipment arrival and uplift details, keeping customers updated with accurate information .
Ensure all special customer requests and handling requirements are met.
Communicate effectively with all parties using strong diplomacy and negotiation skills.
Maintain proper filing systems and ensure accurate documentation.
Build and foster strong working relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management / Supply Chain / Business Administration or similar studies
No experience required; Training is provided on the job
