Job Description:
We are seeking a Transition Project Manager to ensure smooth project handover from deployment teams to operations.
The role focuses on transition governance, documentation management (designs, architecture, knowledge base), and stakeholder coordination.
This is not a people management role, but requires strong organizational and communication skills across both infrastructure and application projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end transition from deployment to operations.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation handover.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve risks, gaps, or dependencies.
Maintain project governance, compliance, and reporting during transitions.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 6–7 years of project coordination/management experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks; experience in hybrid environments a plus.
- PM certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred.
- Agile/Scrum Master certification or working experience in Agile delivery is an advantage.
- Exposure to both infrastructure and application projects.
