Key Responsibilities:
Tour Product Planning & Design
- Develop Singapore and overseas tour packages based on market trends and customer needs.
- Design detailed itineraries, including transportation, accommodation, meals, and activities, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in marketing strategy planning to promote travel products and increase brand awareness.
Client Consultation & Itinerary Planning
- Provide professional travel advice and answer client inquiries.
- Customize itineraries based on client requirements, coordinating all aspects of the trip to ensure smooth execution
Supplier Management & Coordination
- Maintain good relationships with hotels, airlines, inbound agencies, attractions, and other third-party suppliers.
- Handle quotations, contracts, and bookings while ensuring service quality.
- Regularly evaluate supplier performance and propose improvements.
Customer Support & Emergency Handling
- Provide support before, during, and after trips.
- Handle unexpected issues such as flight delays, accommodation problems, or itinerary changes promptly.
- Resolve client complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Administrative & Sales Support
- Prepare travel documents such as itineraries, confirmations, and maintain client database.
- Assist in marketing and sales activities to promote tour products.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Tourism Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the travel industry, with knowledge of Singapore inbound and outbound travel operations.
- Experience in travel product planning and itinerary design.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills; able to handle emergencies independently.
- Proficient in office software and travel booking systems.
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
