- A full 5-day work week up to 44 working hours with 2 consecutive off days on weekdays.
- Weekdays: 12pm-6pm
- Saturday: 9am-6pm
Job Description
- Lesson Planning & Curriculum Development: Design unit and lesson plans that align with AEIS and PSLE standards.
- Instruction & Delivery: Deliver engaging, clear, and effective lessons to students with diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a positive, safe, and productive learning environment.
Enforce school rules and behavioral expectations.
- Assessment & Grading: Create quizzes, tests, projects, and exams.
Evaluate student work, provide meaningful feedback, and assign grades.
- Differentiation: Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs of students, including those with learning disabilities, English language learners, and gifted students.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and achievements (via emails, phone calls, parent-teacher conferences, and report cards).
- Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork, including attendance records, gradebook maintenance, and incident reports.
Requirement
- At least 1 years of relevant teaching experience, preferably in a structured or enrichment setting
- Min.
Bachelor's degree - Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learner profiles and engage students effectively
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to teach both English and Math subjects is a strong advantage
