We’re seeking a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, accessible, and scalable user experiences for government digital solutions.
You will collaborate closely with developers and business analysts to ensure a user-first design approach from concept to delivery.
Job Highlights:
Contract Duration : 24 - 36 months (Renewable, Full time conversion possible)
Salary : $4,000–$6,000/month
Work Hours : Mon–Fri (Office Hours)
Location : Central Region
Qualification : Degree in Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related
Experience : Minimum 2 years in UI/UX Design
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Research
- Identify user needs , business opportunities & trends
- Deliver insights to guide design & product strategy
- Stay current with industry best practices
Lead Design Vision
- Define product vision & roadmap with stakeholders
- Maintain design strategy documents
- Set design principles & standards
️ Translate Vision into UX Tasks
- Break down vision into actionable UX tasks
- Align tasks with product goals & user needs
- Manage design sprints & cross-team coordination
Track Metrics & Inform Design
- Define & monitor design KPIs
- Analyze user feedback & UX data
- Use insights to refine design decisions
Who We’re Looking For
- Degree in Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio in user-centered design
- Proficient in Figma, Axure, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator and similar platforms is a strong advantage
- Skilled in usability testing, stakeholder communication, and UI documentation
- Detail-oriented and able to manage tight timelines in an agile environment
