Define the design guidelines for our core banking services and cultivate consistency in the e-Commerce products and related services.
Participate in and prototype end-to-end banking architecture and drive overall design directions.
Lead or participate in user and market research to produce deep product insights and bring new innovative ideas to the digital banking market.

Requirements
Bachelor degree or outstanding design skills.
1+ years in designing web / mobile products.
Experience in designing for digital banking products is a plus.
Experience in motion design is a plus.
Solid design philosophy, deep understanding and practical experience in user experience design and related fields.
Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
Passionate and detail-oriented.
Experience in designing for global / regional / local markets.
Experience in project management will be preferred for senior roles.
