Position Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product development team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications.
You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into visually appealing and seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements, define user flows, and create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
Design high-quality UI components and layouts for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
Translate complex workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces that improve user experience.
Create and maintain a design system and component library for consistency across products.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
Work with the development team to ensure smooth handoff and accurate implementation of designs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong design portfolio.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
Experience with conducting user research and usability testing.
Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a must.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to balance creativity with attention to detail and technical feasibility.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in SaaS platform design or HR/payroll systems.
Knowledge of motion design or micro-interaction design.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum development processes.
