As Singtel embarks on an exciting digital transformation journey with our enterprise customers, we aim to create better products, build better customer experiences and identify new market segments we can grow our revenue with.
This role of a UI/UX Designer is aimed at gathering user requirements, illustrate design ideas with storyboards, process flows and sitemaps, and designing graphical user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
Work with digital transformation manager to develop and document design requirements
Develop interaction models, wireframes, user task flows, screen designs, and UI details that promote ease of use and optimize the user experience
Create product prototypes and develop content
Conduct design workshops and customer engagement interviews to drive customer insights using a structured approach
Analyze user feedback and iterate designs to enhance the user experience
Work with development teams to ensure that end product matches designs
Serve as a subject matter expert to non-design colleagues such as Product owners, SCRUM masters and business stakeholders across the company as an available resource for all things related to design.
Skills for Success
A diploma/degree in UIUX, Design, Creative Design, or relevant discipline.
2+ years of work experience involving UIUX, or creative design in projects or use cases in the B2B space
Running design thinking workshop with business stakeholders and co-creation session with customers
