Handle certification requests from organization’s clients and business partners received from UA mailboxes.Updating of policy information to underwriting system.Preparation of policy fulfilment instruction to processing unit by system or email.Perform check on policy document completed from the processing unit.Issuance of insurance cover note.Preparation of Underwriting worksheets in MS Word when required.Updating of information to excel spreadsheet.Any other ad-hoc duties assigned when required.
