Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as an Insurance Call Centre/ Digital Comms (Email) Representative, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling customer inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Keeping customer interaction records accurate and up-to-date.
Following up on customer issues promptly to ensure timely resolutions.
Managing and resolving customer complaints and feedback effectively.
Supporting operational needs by working overtime when required.
Assisting with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Contract: 6-12 Months (extendable)

What We're Looking For:
A diploma or degree holder with relevant experience is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A positive, cheerful attitude and a strong customer-first mindset.
Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
