Assistant Manager
- Location: Pasir Panjang
- Salary: Up to $4,600 monthly
- Contract: 11 months
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Directors' schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring smooth diary planning and workload coordination.
- Assist with expense claims and budget coordination for Directors.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and materials by soliciting inputs from relevant parties.
- Provide operational support to Divisions, including filing, booking meeting rooms, raising payments, and handling travel arrangements.
- Support onboarding for new hires and exit procedures for departing staff.
- Assist with logistics and arrangements for divisional events and team-building activities.
- Serve as secondary backup to the CEO Office secretary and cover other Personal Assistants during leave periods.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in office management or administrative support.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines independently.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of handling sensitive information.
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn company-specific software.
