Manage and organize documents, emails, and correspondence by subject matter.
Proofread, tag, format, and create/edit PDF documents.
Track deadlines and maintain records/databases.
Provide PA and administrative support to HODs, including diary management.
Handle administrative and financial tasks such as verifying invoices and raising payment requests.
Requirements:
Prior secretarial/executive experience in a law firm preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively across divisions and organizations.
Meticulous, well-organized, and resourceful.
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
