Working Hours:
Mon – Fri, 7:00am – 4:00pm (Includes school public holidays)
Job Responsibilities
Manage the school’s General Office reception counter, attending to walk-ins (parents, pupils, contractors, public, etc.).
Attend to students at the sick bay, administer basic First Aid, and liaise with school leaders, teachers, parents, ambulance, or medical staff when needed.
Handle incoming/outgoing mails and goods deliveries.
Answer calls and support sick bay operations.
Manage stock balance and procurement of office stationery and equipment.
Compile reports, collate data, and provide admin support to teachers.
Assist with school events and activities.
Perform other general admin tasks (e.g., form collection, data entry, photocopying, laminating, covering duties for the Library Officer).
Carry out any other duties assigned by Supervisors, Administration Manager, or School Leaders.
Requirements
At least 3 years of relevant administrative experience; prior experience in an educational setting is advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong data entry and documentation skills.
Comfortable working with detailed information, reports, and figures.
Strong teamwork, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Must be able to attend an interview as part of the selection process.
