- Assist customers on booking of facilities
- Ensure customers adhere to the booking terms and conditions and being prompt in their payment
- Manage the mailbox and ensure timely follow up on any booking requests received
- Attend to users' feedback, queries, request for quotations and complaints
- To follow-thru any booking requests received (end-to-end process)
- Analyse/prepare booking reports when necessary
- Assist to perform user administration and system tests for the mobile application
Requirements
- Microsoft Office and Excel skill
- Handle emails from a day to day basis
- Customer Service Background
- 2 years of experience in customer service
- Prior experience with facility bookings is preferred.
Salary and Benefits
- $2,500 - $2,600 Per Month
- 12 days of Annual Leaves and 14 days of MC
