Jobscope
- Handle customer inquiries primarily via phone in a fast-paced, call centre environment
- Provide efficient, accurate, and direct solutions using customer management software (CRM) and internal knowledge bases
- Update customer records and log interactions in the system promptly and accurately
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality from a customer experience perspective
- Adapt to changing work demands and take on various operational tasks as required
Requirement
- Candidate will need to attend 3 days training before actual work commencement
- Good communication skills & active listening
- Ability to provide positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism, even in difficult or high-pressure situations
