Job description
- Understanding of company products, sales strategies and liaise with sales team on sales function.
- Assisting with business planning and assist with sales team on reporting.
- Coordinating sales meetings, conferences, and events.
- Tracking sales progress and identifying potential issues.
- Liaising with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Creating and maintaining sales reports and dashboards.
- Providing insights to the sales team based on data analysis.
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing product information.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, or a related field
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on complex projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead or contribute to cross-functional teams and decision-making processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across multiple stakeholders and regions
