Location: Bukit Merah
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Duration: 3 months (covering hospitalisation leave)
Job Scope:
- Handle staff queries and HR administrative matters
- Process off-boarding (e.g. tax clearance, work pass cancellation)
- Administer contract and work pass renewals
- Update staff records in HRIS system
- Prepare HR-related letters (confirmation, contract, etc.)
- Process monthly payroll and statutory submissions (CPF, IR8A, etc.) for multiple entities
- Liaise with vendors on HRIS and Attendance System issues
- Support HR Manager with ad-hoc duties and projects
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in a similar role
- Proficient in payroll processing and MOM work pass administration
- Knowledge of MOM, CPF, and IRAS regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Times Pro Payroll System
- Able to work on-site at Bukit Merah
