To support data clean up and data analysis for Total Rewards and Benefits related work, e.g., consolidating rewards data across the Business units (data transfer work into existing templates) and validating benefits information across BUs.
This person will also spend 50% supporting data work for the People Excellence team, i.e., HR operations front.
The scope is likely to be expanded to project work, so eagerness to learn is important.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
