Job description

Location: Tuas (Company Transport Provided)

5.5days

Mon - Fri: 8am - 5pm

Sat: 8am - 12pm (After probation would be alternate Sat)

Purchasing or Invoicing Admin

Purchasing Responsibilities

  • Handle daily procurement operation tasks.

  • Prepare and issue purchase orders
  • Daily monitoring and tracking of purchases and shipments
  • Coordinate shipments and deliveries with suppliers, freight forwarders
  • Make local courier arrangement on various delivery platforms

Invoicing Responsibilities

  • Orders processing
  • Prepare and issue tax invoices and credit notes
  • Verify billing details
  • Track and resolve invoice discrepancies or customer queries
  • Maintain billing records and support month-end closing activities

Admin Responsibilities

  • General admin and data entry
  • Any other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned by the Management.
