Job Scope
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring activities.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in line with local regulations.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Facilitate employment contract signings and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Support processes related to performance appraisals, confirmations, and promotions.
- Conduct new hire orientations and coordinate staff training programs.
- Ensure HR operations are compliant with Singapore's MOM regulations.
- Administer employee insurance matters, including medical and work injury coverage.
- Manage staff benefits, leave, and attendance records (Including payroll).
- Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and the employee handbook.
- Support employee engagement activities and organize company events.
- Liaise with government agencies (MOM, CPF, IRAS) on HR-related matters.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on HR experience.
- Good understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and MOM regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
