What You’ll Do:
Be the go-to expert for all product-related inquiries and applications
Support customers, clinicians, and sales teams with configuration and training
Deliver engaging product demos, updates, and hands-on training
Assist in tenders, project proposals, and solution development
Provide on-site technical support and ensure smooth product commissioning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, IT, logistics)
Offer post-sales services including warranty, maintenance, and user education
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (preferred)
Min 2–3 years of experience in medical devices industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Resilient, adaptable, and self-driven team player
