About the role:

As an UX Researcher on the Consumer digital team, you will work closely with designers, product managers and other stakeholders to create and refine digital experiences that improve the lives of our users.

Using mixed-methods research, you will support teams by bringing clarity to ambiguity with user insights throughout the product development process, from early-stage discovery to launch and evaluation.

The role is essential in delivering seamless and intuitive user experiences that are grounded in user needs.

Product Team Influence

  • Develop research plans with clear objectives, participant screeners, moderator guides, recruiting strategies and timelines.

  • Share research findings with product, design and executive teams in ways that support decisions.

  • Provide regular project updates, including status, blockers and open questions.

  • Recommend appropriate research methods and tools based on stakeholder goals.

  • Work with Product Managers to forecast and prioritize research needs.

  • Organizational Influence

  • Join cross-functional initiatives, representing the user voice and helping to drive continuous improvement.

  • Build user empathy across the organisation through readouts and direct feedback.

  • UXR Influence

  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in UX research.

  • Working alongside your team to explore new ways to apply research and drive innovation.

  • Required:

  • 3-5 years of UX research experience, ideally in health tech or regulated industries
  • Comfortable conducting research in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Portfolio that shows past research work and deliverables
  • Experience with tools such as UserZoom, UserTesting, Qualtrics, Confluence, and Miro
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field
  • Some travel required internationally
  • As this role involves facilitating research for the China market, conversational proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to effectively engage with users and stakeholders
