Job Responsibilities
Assembling valves, including all required preparation and sub-assembly work, to the highest quality standards using approved manufacturing procedures.
Interpreting written specifications, manufacturing instructions, and using standard measuring instruments.
Using small hand tools, operating material handling equipment including forklifts, cranes, hoists, and pallet handlers.
Participating in team-based improvement activities to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
Performing valve final inspection, troubleshooting, and resolving leakage issues.
Adhering to Environmental, Health and Safety policies, 5S, and other safety requirements.
Qualifications
ITE technical qualifications, preferably in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
Experience in mechanical testing in an assembly, production, or industrial environment.
Valve assembly & test experience is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills for valve calibration and report generation.
3-5 years of experience in mechanical manufacturing, with knowledge of machining.
