ACC EduHub is a vibrant training and event space in Orchard catering to corporate clients, educators, and public workshops.
We're looking for a proactive and service-minded Venue Operations Executive to ensure our spaces are always client-ready, clean, and professionally managed.
*Key Responsibilities: *
- Coordinate with clients to understand event or training room setup requirements (e.g. layout, AV, materials)
- Set up and rearrange event spaces — including tables, chairs, and AV equipment — according to client specifications
- Usher and guide clients to their allocated rooms
- Pack and prepare training equipment for internal and external classes
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of facilities, including vacuuming and clearing bins
- Monitor the space throughout the day to ensure readiness and cleanliness
- Liaise with cleaners, vendors, and building management when needed
- Support basic administrative tasks such as logging usage and updating booking records
- Other adhoc duties as assigned by the manager
*What We're Looking For: *
- A strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Comfortable with physical tasks like lifting chairs/tables or vacuuming
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work on Saturdays (weekdays off provided on rotation)
- Familiarity with AV setup and basic IT troubleshooting (training will be provided)
