We’re looking for a proactive and service-minded
Venue Operations Executive
to ensure our spaces are always client-ready, clean, and professionally managed.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients
to understand event or training room setup requirements (e.g. layout, AV, materials)
Set up and rearrange event spaces
— including tables, chairs, and AV equipment — according to client specifications
Usher and guide clients
to their allocated rooms
Pack and prepare training equipment
for internal and external classes
Ensure cleanliness and upkeep
of facilities, including vacuuming and clearing bins
Monitor the space throughout the day
to ensure readiness and cleanliness
Liaise with cleaners, vendors, and building management when needed
Support basic administrative tasks such as logging usage and updating booking records
Other adhoc duties as assigned by the manager
What We’re Looking For:
A strong sense of responsibility and ownership
Comfortable with physical tasks like lifting chairs/tables or vacuuming
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to work on Saturdays (weekdays off provided on rotation)
Familiarity with AV setup and basic IT troubleshooting (training will be provided)
