Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Marketing, Asia Pacific to lead the marketing team and function for the Asia Pacific region.
This role will report to the Senior Vice President of Global ex U.S marketing and will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive investor engagement, and support our business growth objectives across the Asia Pacific markets.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement our APAC marketing strategy to promote our brand and investment offerings
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and investor behavior to inform marketing strategies
- Plan, execute and optimise marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event marketing, targeting institutional investors, wholesale channels and high-net worth individuals segments.
- Localise product marketing strategies to support product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for new and existing investment offerings.
- Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage the APAC marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of five marketers, balancing strategic leadership with hands‑on execution when required.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including sales/investor relations, investment specialists, and investment professionals, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards across APAC jurisdictions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and above.
- 15+ years of marketing experience in the APAC region including marketing strategy, product marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within the APAC market.
- Marketing experience in financial services, or private markets industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
